How can I pay?
Screening and Intake Fee’s can be paid in cash or money order only and are due at the time of the initial appointment. Group payments can be made weekly @ each group and are only in cash or money order. Weekend Education Groups will need to be paid in full either the day of the class or can be paid on line with visa or at the day of the class with cash or money order.
What is a Screening?
A Screening is Estrella Counseling Services initial assessment that must be done prior to a client starting any program or treatment. The Screen consists of a paper to pencil assessment along with ECS policies, program participation, treatment plans and a release of information as well as fee’s and group rules. All paperwork and requirements will be explained in detail by qualified staff.
How many classes can I miss?
Attendance is mandatory. You have been referred to Estrella Counseling Services for your required educational and treatment in lieu of jail. The court expects you to attend your weekly classes without interruption. Excessive absences will require you to appear before the judge.
Are you going to let the court know I have contacted you?
We will contact the court on your behalf once you have come to your initial assessment and the staff has set you up for your education and or treatment.
Can I get an appointment around my work schedule?
We have a variety of classes on different days and times to accommodate your schedule. However ESC reserves the right to change days and times to meet the needs of all our clients.
Is there a rescheduling fee?
There is a $25.00 rescheduling fee for changing your appointment.
